Here all four of your hole cards also appear on the board. Despite this duplication you can still make a qualifying low. For example, you can take the 3-2 combination from your hole cards and put it together with the 7-5-4 from the board to make a 7-5-4-3-2 low. Fortunately, there are still two unduplicated hole cards when you combine your two required hole cards with three from board.
