THM Winter Championship Kicks Off 2025 in Liechtenstein
The Hendon Mob Championship is kicking off the 2025 poker season precisely like we did last year with the THM Winter Championship at Grand Casino Liechtenstein. The five-event festival features an estimated prize pool of CHF150,000. It includes the THMC Winter Cup, a two-day High Roller PKO, and the first opportunity to score a THMC Cape Town Million package for winning the THM Winter Championship Main Event.
THM Winter Championship begins on Wednesday, February 5th and runs through Sunday, February 9th. The annual THMC festival in the Alps allows players to combine their favourite winter sports with excellent poker action. Satellites, cash games, and a headlining CHF100,000 EST THM Winter Championship Main Event will keep the players nice and warm inside.
CHF150,000 Estimated THM Winter Championship
Players will get their first taste of the action on February 4th with the first satellite of the festival. The THMC Opener starts the party on Wednesday. February 5th at 18:00 with a CHF 120 buy-in, 20-minute levels, and late registration open for nine levels. A Main Event Day 1A satellite begins at 16:00 on February 6th, with Day 1A of the Main Event starting at 18:00.
Players will have an option of five starting flights to secure their bag for Day 2 of the THM Winter Championship Main Event. The event carries a buy-in of CHF300, and players may re-enter up to two times per flight. Eight levels of late registration are available with a 30-minute clock and starting stacks worth 40,000. A satellite will also run before the start of Day 1B.
The Hendon Mob Winter Championship features three more trophy events, including the CHF880 THMC High Roller PKO. Day 1 will have cards in the air at 20:00 on Friday with 10 30-minute levels on the schedule. Players receive a 60,000-chip starting stack with unlimited re-entries available for the first eight levels. Day 2 will resume at 14:00 on Saturday. The final two events are the CHF180 THMC Winter Cup at 16:00 on Saturday and the CHF 140 THMC Closer at 17:00 to wrap things up.

2025 THM Winter Championship Winner to be Awarded Cape Town Million Package
The Hendon Mob has partnered with Sunbet Poker Tour by MJPT to offer all 2025 THMC winners a package to the THMC Cape Town Million later this year.
The Cape Town Million 2025 package is worth approximately $2,000. It includes seven nights of accommodation, transfers to the venue (flights not included), and a THMC Cape Town Million ticket worth R8,000. Full details of the promotion will be announced soon.
Last year’s CHF150,000 guarantee-smashing THM Winter Championship was won by Hermann Schweiger, who took home CHF30,000 for the win and joined us in Cape Town last November.
