Malta Poker Festival & Portomaso Casino Present MPF Spring Edition 2025
It’s that time of year again, and the multi-Global Poker Award-nominated Malta Poker Festival has announced the MPF Spring Edition, which runs from April 27th to May 5th at Potomaso Casino in fabulous Malta. Many poker players have marked down this highly sought-after annual festival, which features a €300,000 guaranteed MPF Grand Event and The Hendon Mob Championship.
Along with Unibet Deepstack Open and THMC, the list of returning partners and sponsors grows yearly, including Bounty Hunter Days, Betsson, APAT, PokerNews, and more. Many of the events will be hosted by community members, including Tanya Masters and Rafael Toledo.

The Malta Poker Festival has been the home of The Hendon Mob Championship since its inception in 2018. We are delighted to be a founding partner of the MPF and look forward to hosting players at Portomaso Casino at both editions of the MPF every year.
THMC will once again close out the Spring Edition with Day 1 beginning at 1 p.m. local time on Sunday, May 4th. The event carries a €250 buyin with players starting with 30,000 chips and playing 30-minute levels. Late registration is open for the first 10 levels, and unlimited re-entries are permitted.
2025 MPF SE THMC Winner to be Awarded Cape Town Million Package
The Hendon Mob has partnered with Sunbet Poker Tour by MJPT to offer all 2025 THMC Main Event winners a package to the THMC Cape Town Million in South Africa later this year.
The Cape Town Million 2025 package is worth approximately $2,000. It includes seven nights of accommodation, transfers to the venue (flights not included), and a THMC Cape Town Million ticket worth R8,000. The full details of the promotion will be announced soon.
€300,000 Guaranteed MPF Spring Edition Grand Event
The MPF Spring Edition Grand Event boasts a €300,000 guarantee with a buyin of €550. There are seven Day 1 flights with a €450 special price edition starting on Sunday, April 27th. Satellites are available every day from the festival’s opening day.
Players start with 50,000 chips and play 40-minute levels for all day Day 1s except for the turbo Day 1E and F flights, with 20-minute levels. Late registration is open for the first 10 levels, and two re-entries are permitted.
