Diamond Poker Series Brings High Stakes PLO to Albania

A new Pot Limit Omaha (PLO) series is launching in Tirana, Albania. Casino Arena will host the Diamond Poker Series PLO Grand Slam Tirana from November 4th to 11th. The festival has over €3,000,000 in guaranteed prize pools, with buy-ins ranging from €1,100 to €25,500. While the money is worth chasing, the prize for some hardcore grinders is a shot to join just 34 players with the Albanian flag on their THM profile.

Over €3,000,000 Guaranteed

Two €1,000,000 guaranteed events highlight the Diamond Poker Series PLO Grand Slam. The festival starts with a €5,200 Grand Slam Opener featuring two Day 1s, 200k in chips, and 45-minute levels. Satellites are available for both flights.

The €10,300 PLO Grand Slam Championship also has €1,000,000 guaranteed with Day 1 on November 7th and Day 2 on the 8th. Players start with 200k in chips and play 45-minute levels. Satellites run on November 6th and 7th at €1,100 each.

Another million-plus is up for grabs across six side events, including a €25,500 Grand Slam High Roller with a €500,000 GTD. A Bounty, 5-Card Double-Board, 4/5/6 Card Mix, a Turbo, and a 5k PLO One Day with €300,000 guaranteed fill out the rest of the schedule.

Free Travel and Accommodations

Players participating in the €5k Opener and €10k Grand Slam Championship will receive complimentary hotel stays throughout the series at the 5* Hotel Marriott Tirana. Hotel Marriott is located in the same building complex as the Arena Casino, where the series will take place. It is renowned for its modern amenities and exceptional service. The hotel features spacious rooms, a fitness center, and dining options, providing a relaxing environment for players to unwind after a day at the tables.

The staff also provide a free flight on a private Boeing 737-800 from Hamburg to Tirana for players attending the series. Departure is on November 3rd at 13:00
