$3,000,000 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open Championship Event
The main attraction is of course the SHRPO No-Limit Hold’em Championship and its $3,000,000 guarantee. There are two starting flights for the $5,300 main event which allows a single re-entry per flight. Day 1A kicks off on August 5th at 11am with Day 1B on August 6th.
Players will look to join Dimitri Vorbe (2021), Sean Winter (2019), Brandon Eisen (2018), Martin Kozlov (2017), Jason Koon (2016), Omar Zazay (2015), Daniel Colman (2014), and Blair Hinkle (2013) as champions of the prestigious event.
In 2021, the championship event attracted a total of 1180 entries, nearly doubling the $3,000,000 guarantee. The opening event also smashed its guarantee after 3,730 buyins were tallied. More than $21,000,000 was awarded throughout the 2021 festival.
Aside from the 45 primary events, the SHRPO is also offering 50 secondary events with satellites running from July 25. You can view the full schedule on Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood’s THM landing page and visit the SHRPO site for more details.
